Hi everyone!

 

I'm Matt, a professional strength and conditioning coach and sport rehabilitator. I am licensed and insured under the aegis of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT). I've been passionate about sports and fitness my whole life, and I decided to turn my passion into a career to help others take control of their health and wellness.

 

My mission is simple: to make people happy by helping them become stronger, fitter, and more flexible. I believe that everyone should be able to experience their true potential and capabilities in fitness. Not only can it improve your daily life, but it can also prevent life-changing injuries that we become more prone to in our 50's, 60's, and beyond.
